790,318. Hearing aids. FORTIPHONE, Ltd. March 15, 1956 [March 17, 1955], No. 7853/55. Class 40 (4). A hearing aid circuit is first potted by dipping in a cold setting epoxy resin of low viscosity to form a block 10. The assembly is then coated with one or more stiffening layers 11 of reinforced resin. The stiffening layers carry a potentiometer 14 and a microphone 12 mounted on rubber cushions 13. The reinforcement may consist of glass fibres, silica dust, mica powder, metal or preformed pieces of resin.
