789,620. Moving signs. ACME SHOWCARD & SIGN CO., Ltd. June 13, 1956 [July 29, 1955], No. 22041/55. Class 3(1) An advertising or display card 11 is provided with two contra-oscillating portions 17, 21. which move about parallel spindles 14, 19 respectively and are actuated by an electromagnetic motor 10 energized by a battery 31. The card is supported by a strut 36 which is held in position by a notched flap also hinged to the card, see Fig. 3 (not shown).
