Abstract

786,220. Electric cables. BRITISH INSULATED CALLENDER'S CABLES, Ltd. May 4, 1956 [May 5, 1955], No. 13109/55. Addition to 749,288. Class 36. Paper insulated cable is dried and impregnated within an oversized sheath which subsequently has its cross-section reduced to fit the cable, but instead of the sheath being formed prior to application to the cable as in the parent Specification, the oversized sheath is extruded on to the cable. The drying treatment is the same as in the parent Specification.
