Abstract

775,605. Roller conveyers. BRITISH MATHEWS, Ltd., and HALL, F. J. Feb. 13, 1956 [Feb. 11, 1955], No. 4121/55. Class 78 (1). The rollers 3 rotate freely on their supporting shafts 2, the ends of which are mounted in apertures in longitudinal members 1 and are formed with slots 8 which are engaged by the shorter leg 5 of an inverted U-shaped plate 4. The longer leg 6 of the plate 4 covers the ends of the shafts and is bolted to the members 1. In a modification flats are formed on the ends of the shafts and correspondingly shaped slots are formed in the longitudinals.
