Class 137 A grill, e.g. for a cabinet 10 containing a refrigerator system and a blower, not shown, for discharging air therethrough comprises outlet grills 11, 12 divided by a member 19 in a rectangular frame 14 each grill 11, or 12 being composed of a set of horizontal deflector vanes 17 pivoted at 21 between the member 19 and the respective side of the frame 14, and a set of vertical deflector vanes 23 which are located behind the vanes 17. Each vertical vane 23 of the rear set has forwardly directed upper and lower legs 24, 26 which extend over the vanes 17 and have round projections 28 which pivot within holes formed in a forwardly directed flange 29 of the frame 14, the vertical axes of the projections 28 lying in a common plane with the horizontal axes 21 of the vanes 17. Each of the vanes 17 has along the side adjacent the member 19 a projection 32 which fits into a hole in a vertical link 33 which is common to the vanes and ensures their movement in unison. A spring member 34 on the divider member 19 presses against the projections 32 to maintain the vanes 17 in their adjusted positions. Studs 36, projecting from tail pieces 27 on all of the vertical vanes 23 are inter-connected by a strap 37 to ensure their sumultaneous movement, lock nuts 38 being secured to certain of the studs 36. To enable either independent, or simultaneous, adjustment of both sets of vanes 17 and 23 a lever 40, having a horizontal slot 46 to receive the middle vane 17 and a vetrical end slot 47 to receive the middle vane 23, is provided with a ball 41 which is universally mounted in a socket 56 in a guide member 51 secured to the frame 14, the shaft 43 of the lever being pivoted to the middle vane 17 by means of a pin 44 which passes through the ball 41. The guide 51 has inturned ears 57 which provide sockets for rounded enlargements 58 formed on the front edges of the vanes 17 above and below the lever 40. By moving a knob 42 at the end of the lever 40 horizontally to the left or right, about the pin 44, the vanes 23 can be turned to one side, or the other, and by moving the knob 42 vertically the vanes 17 can be tilted according to the direction of movement. All of the vanes in both sets 17 and 23 can be simultaneously tilted, or swung, by moving the knob 42 at an angle other than vertical, or horizontal.
