A supporting surround for a collapsible tube comprises a strip of card 2 shaped as in Fig. 1 and applied to the tube 6 as in Fig. 2. The front and back of the tube 6 remains visible and a number of the tubes and their surrounds can be packed in ordinary boxes or cartons.
