A rectangular air cushion 10 has integral tabs 15 by which it is secured to a belt 18 used to fasten the cushion to a chair or to the user. The longitudinal edges may have co-operating fasteners 28, 29 to hold the cushion when longitudinally folded for use as a neck rest.
