Abstract

The following compounds are made by reacting the appropriate isothiocyanate with the appropriate amine: 1-allyl-3-b -hydroxyethyl-2 - thiourea, N - allyl - 4 - morpholinethio-carboxamide, N - allyl - 1 - piperidylthio-carboxamide, 1 - allyl - 3 - ethyl - 2 - thiourea, 1 - allyl - 3 - butyl - 2 - thiourea, 1 - benzyl - 3-b - hydroxyethyl - 2 - thiourea, 1 - b - naphthylmethyl - 3 - b - hydroxyethyl - 2 - thiourea, 1 - allyl - 3 - (2 - hydroxypropyl) - 2 - thiourea, 1 - benzyl - 3 - (2 - hydroxypropyl) - 2 - thiourea, 1 - (2 - butenyl) - 3 - b - hydroxyethyl - 2-thiourea and 1 - (4 - ethyl - 2 - hexenyl) - 3 - b -hydroxyethyl - 2 - thiourea.
