Abstract

753,535. Display cards. PAKARD PRODUCTS CO., Ltd., and ABBOTT, W. C. March 21, 1955 [Dec. 21, 1953], No. 35433/53. Class 3(2) [Also in Group XVII] An advertising card 10 is provided with a plurality of inextensible transparent bands, or tapes 11 which are held in position by elastic bands (see Fig. 2, not shown), and serve to locate articles 25 on the card. The bands 11 are inserted through end slots 12, 13 in the card together with one or more pairs of intermediate slots 14, if so desired, and are connected to the elastic bands as shown in Figs. 3, 4 and 5 (not shown). The card may also be provided with tongues or pockets to help retain the articles in position (see Figs. 6 and 7, not shown), respectively. Again one end of each band 11 may be anchored to the rear of the card whilst its other end is connected to an elastic band also anchored at the rear of the card.
