Abstract
749,528. Hot-water bottles. COW & CO., Ltd., P. B. Aug. 13, 1954 [Aug. 13, 1953], No. 22378/53. Class 64(2). A rubber or like bag forming a hot water bottle contains a filling hole 10 within its periphery, and the sides 1, 2 of the bag along its top and over a portion of its length are detached from one another and have along the top means, e.g. studs 4 and holes 5, by which the sides can be detachably secured together. The hole 10 is formed in a transverse wall 6 within the bag, near its top, and is surrounded by a neck 8 for a screw stopper. The neck is connected to wings 7 which form a funnel. Ribs 3 may be moulded on the outer surface, and if desired the inner surface, of the bag.
