A gangway, formed by rails 9 supported by uprights 8 inclined outwards and of a width adequate to permit the passage of one animal only, is arranged between a system of spraying conduits 3 and nozzles 6 within side walls 2. The floor, formed with a foot-bath 13 at the entering end, slopes to the middle where it discharges by a channel 16 to a filtering sump 18.
