720,208. Weaving loom temptes. DEWAS, R. April 10, 1952 [April 19, 1951], No. 9248/52. Class 142 (2). A temple of the trough and rollers type more particularly for shuttleless looms comprises a plate 6 having an opening 7 beneath the rollers. Part 6a of the plate facing the reed is of trapezoidal section, while part 6b facing the cloth beam is of varying thickness over its length and breadth and formed with lateral " saw tooth" ridges 9. The fore-table 6c connecting parts 6a, 6b may be suitably profiled and ridged. The upper parts of part 6b of the table is interchangeable to permit the alteration of its profile. A projection 12 and a finger 13 guide the edge of the cloth.
