Class 125 (3) The neck of a bottle, such as a rubber hot water bottle 1, having inner and outer flexible portions 3, 4, has ribs 5 extending radially in the annular space between the portions without attaching those portions together for their full length. The ribs 5 may be longitudinal; some may be attached to the outer portion 3 of the neck and some to the inner portion 4 and for a short distance adjacent the open end 2 of the neck they may be attached to bolth portions. Groups of the ribs are arranged on opposite sides of a plane containing the shoulder lines 6 as shown in Fig. 2.
