Class 106 (1) Electronic multiplying apparatus comprises a first number storage register, a second number storage register, a function table representing partial product values in a predetermined number system, apparatus applying the contents of the first and second storage registers to the function table to derive therefrom the appropriate partial products, and means for combining the resultant partial products. The detailed description is identical with that of Specification 709,407 but the claims differ. Specifications 709,408 and 709,410 also are referred to.
