706,731. Feeding mechanism. G.D. SOC. ANON. Nov. 13, 1951 [April 12, 1951], No. 26518/51. Addition to 699,448, [Group II]. Class 78 (1) Articles are introduced on to disc 7 furnished with holes 8 into which the articles fall, the articles being supported by stationary rails 9 and being carried round by the step-by-step movement of the disc and being retained in position in the holes by reciprocating arm 1 until said articles are elevated at 12 for wrapping. Disc 7 is surrounded by stationary sidewall 10. Arm 1 carries a border 4 of rubber or leather and also arcuate blade 5 for retaining the articles in the holes. For the same purpose stationary cover 11 is also provided.
