Class 23 In a cyclone classifier having at its inlet a ring of guide blades 6, the blades project into a pocket 7 to a variable extent to permit adjustment of the width of the inlet. The blades are fixed or pivoted to the cone 3. Threaded spindles 8 secured to guide blades co-operate with .nuts 10 so that the cone and guide blade assembly may be moved relative to the top plate 1.
