699,295. Rollers. HANCOCK, R. G. June 19, 1950. [June 20, 1949] No. 16379/49. Class 42 (ii). [Also in Groups XXX and XXXIV] A conveyer roller 1 has end plates 2 to each of which is fixed bearing 5 having recess 6 into which fits support pin 7 ; the pin being either threaded through frame 9 and secured by nut 12, or being plain and secured by two such nuts. The tip 11 of pin 7 may be of the same size and shape as recess 6 or both may be ball-shaped. Alternatively the recess may be formed in end plate 2.
