Abstract

Two faces of fired transducer material comprised substantially of barium titanate are cemented together by placing on at least one of the faces a thin layer of 88 to 98 per cent. barium titanate and 2 to 12 per cent. of either aluminium or sodium silicate, placing the other face in contact with the layer and heating to 1300-1400 DEG C whilst the faces are in contact.
