A device for attaching the front plate 12 of a bath 1 comprises a plurality of resilient pads 2 which are pressed into the space between the outside of the bath and the arcuate edge 3 of the bath and which hook the part 7 of the arcuate edge to the top 11 of the front plate 12, and a bottom support 17. The pads 2 are of rubber, folded and secured by bolts 10. To attach the front plate, the lower end is swung outwardly and the parts 6 of the resilient pads hooked on the part 7. The lower end is then pushed in so that the members 2 are forced up the space between the outside of the bath and the arcuate edge, and the lower end is bolted to a bracket 17 on the bath support legs 19. The legs 19 are attached to a pair of U-shaped cradles which support the bath.
