Abstract

679,986. Stands. LEVER BROS. & UNILEVER, Ltd. Feb. 2, 1951. [March 17, 1950] No. 6739/50. Class 52 (iii). A stand particularly for cosmetics in cake or powder form comprises a series of trays mounted on a vertical spindle 4 so that they can be either spread out in fan-like formation or in spaced superposed closed position. Each tray is provided with a transparent cover 8 secured permanently or detachably to the rim 3 and, particularly when used for cosmetics in powder form, with an aperture 5 for the introduction of the powder which aperture may then be closed up by a paper &c. label. When closed a slotted cover 15 may be slipped over the trays.
