674,311. Moulds for concrete &c. gutters. POOLE, L. B. Sept. 26, 1950, No. 23538/50. Class 87(ii) Gutter slabs are cast in a small frame 1, having inwardly sloping sides. The troughshaped part of the slab is formed by rotating a trough-shaped member 2 about its longitudinal axis. The upper edges of the member 2 are formed as knife edges, and excess concrete removed by these edges is received inside the member 2 or in gutters 6. Cores 10 may be fixed to the mould by lips 12, to form holes in the gutter slabs for the joining of branch gutters. The mould is filled by rotating the member 2 to one side, filling the opposite side with concrete, and then rotating the member in the other direction and filling the other side.
