Class 7(iii) A liquid fuel vaporizing and charge forming device comprises two counter-rotating, superimposed and interengaging, concentric toothed-ring members 1, 2 and distributer discs 10, spray rings or the like situated externally on the hub 4 of the member 1. The members 1, 2 have interengaging rings 5-7 and 18-20 respectively. Each ring has teeth of diamond-shaped cross-section, the inner acute angles of which position the direction of rotation of the member. The slits between the teeth are inclined towards the axis of .rotation. Each disc 10 is associated with a port 11 in the hub 4 so that the air and fuel supplied thereto through' pipes 13, 12 respectively is discharged through the port over the upper and lower surfaces of the associated disc. Air passages 16 are provided in the base of the member 1 between the rings 5, 6 and 7.
