Abstract

655,493. Ladders. HANINGTON, J. G. June 21, 1948, No. 16660. [Class 20(ii)] A ladder is supported on uneven ground by a part circular member 17 on which it is locked in the desired position by lugs 12, pivoted at 16 to move in the plane of the ladder and grip the member 17 by recesses in lugs 14 and holes, in lugs 13. The member 17 has universally jointed feet 18.
