Abstract
653,234. Hooks. WYBROW, R, S. Dec. 6, 1948, No. 31510. [Class 89(ii)] [Also in Group XIV] A sliding hook fixture particularly for use in kitchen cabinets, comprises an aluminium &c. channel bar with one or more slots a that may be in line or staggered. Sheet metal hooks that may be dished at h have the shank part bent over sharply to embrace the web of the channel. To facilitate insertion and removal of the hooks. recesses k may be cut at the ends of the slots or the edge e may be sprung forward. According to the Provisional Specification the part of the hook lying at the back of the channel may be bifurcated one limb being bent upwards and at least one flange may be bent to have an extension parallel with the supporting surface.
