Abstract
649,080. Spoons. BROWN, S. W. Nov. 8, 1948, No. 12192/50. Divided out of and addition to 649,068. [Class 128] [Also in Groups I and XVIII] An improvement in or modification of the measure forming the subject of the parent Specification has the adjustable partition or wall D carried by an elongated strip or slide member C which is adapted to be slidably supported within the handle B and has means associated therewith whereby it may be locked in any preselected position. A stud secured to the strip C projects through a slot E in the handle and has a lock nut F threaded thereon to clamp the strip in its adjusted position, an indicator G on the strip co-operating with a scale on the handle B, or a scale on the handle may co-operate with the forward ends of the edge portions of the handle.
