648,044. Fastening insulators to supports. MASCHINENFABRIK OERLIKON. Nov. 11, 1948, No. 29368. Convention date, Dec. 1, 1947. [Class 36] An insulator 4 is fastened to a support 5 by ring segments 1 which, by means of screws 2, hold the base of the insulator against the support, and which are held together by a radially adjustable clamping ring 7. The clamping ring may be fastened to at least two of the segments 1 by means of pins or screws 8, or the segments may be provided with peripheral flanges 9 which hold the ring 7 in position.
