Abstract

641,974. Windows. TOTH, L. Aug. 8, 1947, No. 21882. Convention date, Nov. 8, 1945. [Class 20(iii)] Strips of heat non-conducting material 27 are secured to the exposed internal faces of the window frames so as to lessen thermal conductivity therethrough. The invention is described with special reference to double - pane windows wherein the glass is held by rubber or similar glazing strips, e.g. 26, several forms of which are described for use with appropriately shaped frames or bars.
