[Class 78 (i)] [Also in Group I] A hopper used in a powder distributer (see Group I) has a rotatable reticulated base 14 situated above a rotary feed worm 20 for supporting the mass of powder in the hopper. The base 14 comprises a wire mesh disc around the periphery of which the wires are bent upwards, 16, and downwards, 17, to lie against the hopper wall.
