Abstract

640,249. Pharmacists' weights. YAGLE, L. W. Dec. 24, 1946, No. 37876. [A Specification was laid open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, Feb. 4, 1948.] [Class 81(i)] A weight holder contains a plurality of weights for use by pharmacists whereby percentage solutions may be prepared by direct weighing, the unit of which weight corresponds to 1 per cent of the weight of a fluid drachm of water, the other weights being multiples thereof. In the weight holder shown. a panel bearing a chart facilitates the preparation of aqueous percentage solutions by showing the weight required for preparing a wide range of solutions.
