Convention date, May 1, 1946 [Class 132 (i)] [Also in Group XVII] A box for holding and distributing confetti and the like comprises two parts A, A<SP>1</SP> hingedly connected by a panel B and having side flaps C which are held in overlapping relationship by a cord D anchored to-panel B. When the box is thrown and the free end of cord D retained, the parts A, A<SP>1</SP> open to distribute the contents.
