Abstract

Oranges, lemons, eggs, pieces of candy, coffee, sugar and flavoured powders for making drinks are wrapped in stretchable thermoplastic material, e.g., rubber hydrochloride or sheet rubber, in an apparatus which has means for heating a predetermined portion of such sheet material, forming a pocket in such heated portion, placing in such pocket the article to be wrapped, closing such pocket about such article, and severing such wrapped article from the unused portion of such sheet material. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 605,301.
