[Class 52 (v)] Bearer brackets 1 with horizontal ledges 2 to support the ends of shelves 4 have their ends shaped to engage by lateral sliding into notches or recesses in opposed faces of vertical supports 6. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 comprises constructions wherein the bearers 1 engage the supports 6 by vertical displacement. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
