Abstract

624,661. Stands. VALLAURI, E. Jan. 21, 1947, No. 1890. [A Specification was laid open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, July 25, 1947.] [Class 52 (ii)] A supporting structure for use as shelves comprises flat platelike elements 36, 37, 38 formed with slots 40 so the elements may be assembled to form various shapes. Along the edge of the element opposite to the slots is a flange 45 for strengthening purposes. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 comprises also slotted elements without flanges. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
