617,084. Spectacle frames. COLSTON, H. Feb. 21, 1946, No. 5498. [Class 97 (i)] A spectacle frame comprises an upper single-bar 2 comprised of two permanently united layers of plastic material, and a pair of grooved ribbon-like lens-embracing bows 1 formed in one with, and produced from the same piece of material as, one of the said layers depending from the bar 2 so that each ribbonlike bow and its associated brow part is a onepiece jointless lens frame. The two plastic layers are cemented together and the frame cut therefrom. Specification 533,161 is referred to.
