611,283. Clothes-lines. WADDELL, W.D. April 26, 1946, No. 12648. Convention date, May 15, 1945. [Class 52(v)] A separating device for the strands of a twisted wire clothes-line 1 employs rollers or sheaves 17 rotatably mounted in side by side or superposed relation on transverse axes in a holder 8 in which the whole roller assembly can also rotate about the longitudinal axis of the holder. The device can be manually slid along the wire or can be mounted on a bracket 10 on one of the line sheaves 2, 3.
