[Class 19] A toothbrush compact comprises a toothbrush, wherein the handle b is formed of increasing dimensions from the brush neck to the rear of the handle which terminates in a hooked extremity f, and a casing a therefor of dimensions closely conforming to the overall contours of the brush-head and hooked handle, the casing having one closed end housing the bristles of the brush and an open end h formed to facilitate access to the hooked end of the brush for removal of the brush. As illustrated, the rear end e of the handle is thickened in a substantially rectangular cross-section and' the open end h of the casing overlaps the hooked end f of the handle and is recessed at i. The brush and casing may be made of transparent materials, such as cellulose acetate.
