605,818. Musical toys. BEST, F. Jan. 5, 1946, No. 484. [Class 88 (i)] [Also in Group XV] A musical toy adapted to be trundled along the ground by handle A comprises a pair of discs D mounted to rotate on a non-rotatable axle C and supporting between them a drum F which houses a series of bells G and/or the musical apparatus H, K. The musical apparatus comprises a series of keys H rigidly attached to the non-rotatable axle C and a series of fingers K attached to one of the discs D and adapted to strike and vibrate the keys H on the drum as the toy is trundled along. In a modification, the fingers are attached to the interior surface of the drum and the keys are fixed to the axle along its length.
