[Class 28(ii)] The slicing device claimed in the parent Specification is modified to provide only one slit 3 in the cage 1, and hinged doors 8 at the ends of the cage. The door at the slit end may be provided with a flange to cover the slit and catches are provided to hold both doors closed.
