[Class 128] Plates, dishes, and like articles 10 provided with legs or supports 12 adapted to engage seats in an adjacent article sc that food stacked on one article will not contact the surface of an adjacent article, have spaces between the seats through which the supports on an adjacent article can project to facilitate compact piling of the articles. The seats may be in the form of a groove 14, and the recesses 16 may be formed in the outer faces of the supports. Alternatively, the seats may be in the form of recesses located above the legs which are arranged on parts projecting from the main part of the article. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 described modifications in which no recesses were provided and others in which the supports projected upwardly from the main body. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
