Abstract
593,975. Hinges. ARNOTT, J. M. June 21, 1945, No. 15831. [Class 65 (ii)] A hinge comprises a plate 1 having a flat extension member 4 bent at right angles to the plate and extending from one end of a longitudinal side, and a plate 2 cranked intermediate its ends whereby on assembly by a pivot pin 3 passing through the projection on the first plate and through one end of second plate the free end of the second plate lies in the same plane as the extension on the first plate. The plates may be separated by a washer carried on the pivot pin.
