Abstract

593,716. Toy constructional bricks. DANCER, W. April 24, 1945, No. 10324. [Class 132 (iii)] A toy brick comprises a solid member provided with a number of holes equally spaced along the length of the brick, the interval between adjacent holes being equal to or a multiple of the dimensions of the cross-section of the block. In Fig. 1, the block 1 is pierced with holes 3, vertical holes passing through horizontal holes. The ends of the block may also bear holes. Small pins 4 are used to fix adjoining bricks together, as is shown in Fig. 4 which represents a table constructed with blocks of the nature described. The blocks may be of wood or of any plastic material. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 169,912, 214,821, [both in Class 132 (iii)], and 371,638.
