Abstract

Electrical apparatus containing an insulating fluid comprising a halogenated cyclic hydrocarbon, e.g. chlorinated diphenyl, is sealed by fitting the cover of the apparatus with a gasket made from a butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer plasticised with the halogenated cyclic hydrocarbon.ALSO:Electrical apparatus containing an insulating fluid comprising a halogenated cyclic hydrocarbon, e.g., chlorinated diphenyl, is sealed by fitting the cover of the apparatus with a gasket made from a butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer plasticized with the halogenated cyclic hydrocarbon.
