[Class 36] An insulator a, Fig. 1, is secured to a bracket c, Fig. 2, by means comprising a slot a<2> in the insulator and a length of string or similar fibrous material d engaging, or engageable with the bracket. The insulator may have a bayonet slot a<1> and a dual key hole slot a for the bracket, and the bracket may have a hole c<1> for the string d, and slots c<2>, c<3> for locking it to a vertical post.
