[Class 37] In the manufacture of selenium rectifiers such as in Specifications 523,216 and 532,961, the element is treated by immersion in a bath consisting of or containing a sodium sulphur compound, e.g., sodium sulphide, or sodium thiosulphate, a forming electric current being passed through the bath during treatment.
