Abstract

576,728. Key holders. BUXTON" Inc. Sept. 22, 1943, No. 15543. Convention date, Nov. 4, 1942. [Class 44] A support 10 for key-holders is secured to a case 11 and has its upper end bent into a cylindrical form and provided with slots 16. Key-holders 18 have enlarged heads and can be placed in the slots through the gap 23. A cranked rod 27 is carried in bearings 24 formed in the support 10 and is biased by a spring 30 to close the ends of the slots 16 to prevent removal of the key-holders ; the holders can be removed by operating the rod 27 by a lever 29. In a modification shown in Fig. 5, the rod 27 has an extension 36 which is carried by bearings 35 formed adjacent each slot. Fig. 7 shows an arrangement wherein each slot is formed with an enlarged end 45 for removal of the hey-holder. Specification 371,253 is referred to.
