[Class 36] Electric conductors f are secured to a wall &c. by resilient straps e folded on themselves around pins g retained within the bifurcated and hooked ends b of a metal cleat a, the straps being tensioned when the pins are set in place. The cleat may be in long lengths with hooked sides gapped to receive the strap. The straps may consist of polyvinyl chloride.
