[Class 131] In order to form a resilient border for a hair net the border S is formed of looped yarns L the adjacent yarns 10, 11 being highly twisted in opposite directions so that when shrunk and dried it forms a yielding and crinkled border. The loops are formed as shown in Fig. 2 and comprise arms A anchored to the hair mesh G and bridge portions B.
