[Class 81 (i)] A sealed glass vial or ampoule a, which may contain small quantities of petrol, is provided with two unweakened tapering stems, each stem being coated at b with a flexible substance to which the splinters adhere when the stem is broken at b<1> by the fingers. The coating may be formed by dipping each stem into a plastic mass of e.g. a cellulosic or sealing-wax like preparation, or by painting or spraying.
