[Class 65 (i)] In a stay for doors comprising a bar 6 pivoted to a door and sliding through a pivoted sleeve 8 carrying a spring-pressed ball 17 which engages one of the holes 22 in the bar, the holes 22 are arranged in raised portions of the bar, and a washer 23 prevents the ball from engaging the bar except at the raised portions.
