[Class 126] In a solid fuel, gas, or electric cooking oven 1 fitted with a fan for circulating the oven atmosphere, the fan 5 and its driving motor 3 are detachably mounted on the existing oven door 2, or this door may be removed and replaced by a substitute door in which the fan and motor are incorporated. The fan is mounted in a wire cage 6 and the oven is provided with a baffle wall 7. the back member of which is formed with nozzle-like perforations 8 which direct the circulating atmosphere at high velocity diametrically across the goods 9 back to the fan.
